Sena Kudjawu obtained her LLB (Hons) from the University of Warwick U.K. She was called to the English Bar through Middle Temple in 1998 and is a qualified member of the English Bar. She further qualified to practice as a member of the Ghanaian Bar in 1999. She joined the firm of Kudjawu & Co. in 1999 as a junior member and has risen through the ranks to become a Partner.
She is now Managing Partner of the firm and she actively participates in all aspects of practice with the firm and has experience in both litigation and in house practice. She also served as a member of the Board of the Securities & Exchange Commission Ghana. She continues in all areas of practice in the firm with a focus on Intellectual Property protection, Corporate, Commercial and Company Law and Property Law practice.
ISAAC NYANOR obtained Bachelor of Laws(LLB)(Hons) from University of North London, London, after completing an Access Course at Tottenham College, London in 1998. He was called to the Bar in Ghana in 2007 and has been a Lawyer at Kudjawu & CO, Osu, Accra since then.
He specializes in all areas of practice at KUDJAWU & CO including Litigation in Company Law, Land Disputes, Debt Recovery, Divorce Cases, Drafting of Agreements, Wills, Conveyances , Legal Opinions and Advice.
Patricia Alberta Osei is a legal practitioner with varied experience since qualifying. She obtained her bachelor of law degree (Hons) from the University of Ghana, and her qualifying certificate in law from the Ghana School of Law in 2020.
Patricia is a well-rounded lawyer and quick learner who fits in any aspect of the practice. Her keen interests include corporate/secretarial services and commercial law, intellectual property law and family law.
Patricia is a keen collaborator with other team members at Kudjawu & Co. in furthering the firm’s course.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and subsequently completed the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law.
Dennis was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2020. He is also an alumnus of the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) Africa. His specialties include Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
